Cat.7A STP Cable
SpeedNet Cat.7 is XGOALs’ high-end system solution for symmetrical copper cabling. It satisfies all the requirements of the current ISO/IEC 11801 (2002) / ISO/IEC 11801 Amd 1:2008 and EN 50173-1 (2003) standards for class F/FA links and Category 7A for the components.
The SpeedNet S/FTP 1000/23 cable is designed for applications up to 1200 MHz and this transmission characteristics exceed Category 7A specifications according to EN 50288-9 and IEC 61156-5.
High system margins for the complete link according to ISO/IEC 11801 AMD:2 (2010) and EN 50173 (Series) will be achieved by using corresponding hardware together with this high-end copper cable.
Each pair is individually foil shielded. The twisted pairs (PiMF) are also sheathed with a braid shield (S/FTP), which guarantees outstanding shielding characteristics. The cable satisfies Class B interference radiation standards according to EN 55022, as well as immunity according to EN 55024, which enables the realisation of CE-compatible networks.
Application:
The SpeedNet Cat.7A S/FTP 1000/23 cable is designed for applications up to 1000 MHz and tis transmission characteristics exceed Category 7 specifications according to EN 50288-4-1 and IEC 61156-5.
High system margins for the complete link according to ISO/IEC 11801 (2002) and EN 50173-1 (2003) will be achieved by using corresponding hardware together with this high-end
Due to the very low delay skew between the pairs these SpeedNet Cat.7 cables are especially suitable for Gigabit Ethernet and also for transmission of digital data for future applications up to 10 Gigabit Ethernet according to
Each pair is individually foil shielded. The stranded pairs (PiMF) are also sheathed with a braid shield (S/FTP), which guarantees outstanding shielding characteristics. The cable satisfies Class B interference radiation standards according to EN 55022, as well as immunity according to EN 55024, which enables the realisation of CE-compatible networks. The SpeedNet Cat.7 S/FTP 1000/23 cable is also available in a triplex version. The compact construction allows flat as well as folded installation.
